DELIVERY TIME CHANGE
As our customers know, we strive to ALWAYS provide fresh blends that are of the highest quality with very specific attention being paid, by me personally, to every blend. With the increase in the popularity of custom blended and bulk orders and our continuing efforts to maintain the integrity of small batch formulations so that your blends continue to ALWAYS be fresh and wonderful, we are adopting a first in, first out order process.
What does this mean to you? Simply that the larger web orders, custom, private label and bulk orders will take longer to produce and ship out to you. The timing will likely be 2-3 weeks but may fluctuate slightly either way depending on orders in que. We will discuss production and shipping schedules with you up front, but for bulk/private label/custom formulations and larger individual orders you MUST place your order a minimum of 2 weeks prior to requested shipping date. You will recieve a shipping notice with the estimated date of shipping.
Smaller individual orders will will continue to ship within about one business week from date of order, whenever possible, sometimes sooner, on occassion a bit longer. If you have a rush order, email me at info@moosecreekbathandbody.com and we are happy to provide expedition of blending and shipping which incurs an expedition fee due to employee overtime to accommodate you.
I know you´ll appreciate our continuing efforts towards quality. We always have, and will continue to make blends fresh to order ensuring that you will NEVER recieve blends made in advance that have been sitting on a shelf for an indefinate period of time. We believe that this attention to the integrity of fresh, natural and organic skin care products if invaluable and we know that our customers feel the same.
